Just a little word of advice, don't get yourself into a position where John Lebel is angry or pissed off at you. It is not fun and will more than likely end with you in the fetal position crying. But if you are lucky you will have really good friends who call you a lot and offer to do nice things in an attempt to make you feel better. Just so you know.
As a result I am done with the whole house sitting thing. for good. I may be a safe house for people but pets hate me.
